Getting started
Client information forms
All my human clients are asked to complete a short information form before the booking begins. This includes details about your pet’s routine, feeding, health, vet information and emergency contacts.
Introductory visit
An intro is required before any booking. This is totally free and gives us both the chance to meet so we can go through routines and make sure everyone feels comfortable.
Keys & home access
If home access is needed, keys are handled securely and never labelled with identifying details. Keys can be returned at any time on request or held for any further bookings.
Payment
You can choose to pay upfront, or I'll invoice you at the end of the month. My bank details are:

Cancellations
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged at the full rate.
Emergencies & vet care
In the event of an emergency, I will contact you immediately. If urgent veterinary treatment is needed and you are unavailable, I'll follow the instructions provided on your information form and act in your pet’s best interests.
Insurance & checks
I am fully insured and DBS checked for your peace of mind.
